Head 10 minutes out of the city to the serene KL Bird Park, home to more than 3,000 birds, 200 local and foreign species, just 10 minutes from the city centre
Malaysia is famed for its labyrinth of spooky caves dotted throughout the county and the closest to KL are the Batu Caves, with their awe-inspiring natural caverns reached by 272 steps
